Windsor, SC – Vance “Lewis” Brabham, Jr., 76, went into eternal rest peacefully at home on May 4, 2022. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 6, 2022 at 3 p.m. at Dyches Funeral Home Chapel, Barnwell, South Carolina with visitation one hour prior to service with Rev. Mark Epperson officiating. Private burial will be at Olar First Baptist Church Cemetery.
Lewis was born in 1946 in Olar, South Carolina to the late Vance and Helene Brabham. After retiring from the City of Aiken he enjoyed going to flea markets and spending time outdoors with his animals. He loved scratch off lottery tickets and watching westerns. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother. He will be missed by many.
Survivors include his daughter Melissa (Ron) Still of Barnwell and one grandson, Mason Still of Barnwell. Two sisters; Joye (George) Phile of Katy, Texas and June McKeehan of Johnson City, Tennessee, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, P. O. Box 1364, Barnwell, SC 29812 or charity of one’s choice.
The family has entrusted Dyches Funeral Home and Crematory with the arrangements.
