Lela M. Ezzell

Williston – Lela M. Ezzell, 93, went into eternal rest on July 25, 2022. Funeral services will be held at Winfield Heights Baptist Church, Williston, SC on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 4 p.m. with Rev. Jamie Wootten officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Williston Cemetery.
Pallbearers; Eric Bottomley, Josh Adams, Jacob George, John King, Ryan Ezzell, Jeremy Stevens; honorary; Phil Huggins, Jack Hogan and Terry King.
Lela was born in 1929 to the late John and Alpha King in Whiteville, N.C. She was married for fifty years to the late George Ezzell. She was a member of Eastern Star. She loved to cook, bake, garden and spending time with her family. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by many.
Survivors include her son; Ervin (Ramona) Ezzell of Barnwell, SC; daughters, Karen George of Cantonment, FL and Beverly (Marvin) Jackson of Gaston, SC.; six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and numerous niece and nephews.
