Mary Kathryn Mansfield

Barnwell – Mary Kathryn Mansfield, 94, passed away on May 9, 2023. A graveside service will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Barnwell Memory Gardens, Reynolds Road, Barnwell, S.C. with Chris Hair officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 at 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Dyches Funeral Home, 11372 Ellenton St., Barnwell, S.C.
Mary was born in Savannah, Georgia in 1928 to the late Oscar and Eula McCloud. She was a member of Church of Christ Church, Barnwell, S.C. She loved the beach, spending time with her grandchildren and cooking Sunday dinners for her family. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by many.
She is survived by her four sons; William Mansfield of Barnwell, Richard (Teresa) Mansfield of Charleston, James (Dawn) Mansfield of Barnwell and Earl (Shirl) Mansfield of Barnwell. One brother; Donald Robert McCloud of James Island. Six grandchildren; Evan Mansfield of Barnwell, Ethan Mansfield of Barnwell, Caitlin (Frank) Rich of Charleston, Kimberly (Ryan) Freeland of Charleston, Aaron Mansfield of Barnwell and Adrian (John) Bell of Barnwell. Great grandchildren; Sullivan Bell and Eva Ann Bell of Barnwell.
She is predeceased by her husband, Henry T. Mansfield.
The family has entrusted Dyches Funeral Home and Crematory with arrangements.
