William Bellinger Butler, Jr & Debra Phillips Butler

William Bellinger Butler Jr. 77, and Debra Phillips Butler 71 residence of Aiken SC, after 50 years of marriage, entered into eternal rest, at each others side, hand in hand, on Saturday December 18, 2021. Mr. Butler, USN-Ret, SRS-Ret, is survived by two sisters, Anne B. Phillips (Billy G. Phillips) of Darien, Ga, and Kathleen B. Farmer (Grady J. Farmer III) of Richmond, Va. Mrs. Butler, Lab Tech-Ret. Survived by one brother Billy G Phillips (Anne B.Phillips) of Darien, Ga. along with Mr. And Mrs. Butler’s two Sons, First – William R. Butler (Cornelia E. Butler), a paternal grand-daughter Samantha A. Butler, Addison G. Butler, John P. Petska, Micheal L. Petska, Thomas C. Richards, Teresa M. Richards, Katherin F. Richards. Second- James S. Butler Sr. (Tammy A. Butler) paternal grand children Valerie R. Butler and James S. Butler Jr., along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. There will be family internment services at Beaufort National Cemetery under Honor Guard for Mr. Butler USN-ret, Honorable Service to his country. A memorial service for relatives, family, friends and anyone wishing to pay their respects, share tall tales, shorts stories, or mis-adventures with the family are welcome, funeral arrangements provided by Dyches Funeral Home of Barnwell SC, and Memorial Services by Pastor Allen Palmer at East Side Baptist Church, 3351 Wagener Rd, Aiken SC 29801 on Tuesday, December 28th, 2021 from 5pm – 7pm. The family request in lieu of flowers and arrangements any donations or love offerings in memory of Mr. and Mrs. Butler be made in their names.
The family has entrusted Dyches Funeral Home and Crematory with arrangements.
